About the Faculty

History

The beginning of the activity of this educational center dates back to 1992, when it trained the human resources needed by hospitals as a nursing high school. In 2011, based on the decision issued in the 250th meeting of the Council for the Development of Medical Universities on 26/04/2011, a definitive agreement was given to the establishment of the Faculty of Nursing and this faculty officially started its activities by admitting students through the national entrance exam in the fields of nursing and emergency medicine. On 22/11/2015, the Faculty of Nursing was upgraded to the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Health Services.
